1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts between T2S AG (hereinafter "Provider") and customers regarding the use of "The Sharp Slot" software and the purchase of Founder Editions in the available languages (DE, EN, ES, FR, PT, IT).
2. Subject of Contract
The Provider provides cloud-based software for appointment and salon management (SaaS). The functional scope depends on the selected package:
- Mini: Basic appointment management functions.
- Basic: Including online booking system.
- Standard: Including online booking, "Paid" status, report access with advanced reports, and inventory management (without fiscal receipts).
- Premium: Full range of functions including legally compliant fiscal receipts.
3. Conclusion of Contract & Founder Edition
The contract is concluded by completing the online ordering process. The "Founder Edition" is a limited offer granting a lifelong usage license (Lifetime Access) for one (1) employee against a one-time payment. If the team is expanded or when switching to regular tariffs, the corresponding monthly fees apply.
4. Payment Terms & Fiscal Localization
Subscription fees are due monthly in advance. One-time payments for Founder Editions are due immediately. The provider points out that the availability of legally compliant receipts (X and Z reports) is exclusively guaranteed in the Premium Package for the supported countries.
5. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Expiration of the right of withdrawal: Since this involves digital content, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if you have expressly agreed that we begin fulfilling the contract before the withdrawal period ends and you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
6. Availability & Liability
The provider aims for 99% availability on an annual average. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. The customer remains responsible for correct tax accounting via the system within the scope of their operational duty of care.
7. Term & Termination
Subscription models have a minimum term of one month and renew automatically. Termination is possible with a notice period of 14 days to the end of the billing period. Founder Editions are generally unlimited for as long as the system is operated.
8. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office. Should individual provisions be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
